The Leading and Coaching for Sales Excellence program (2+1 days) is aimed at providing Sales Managers with a comprehensive approach to developing their people skills to get the best from their sales teams.

Many Sales Managers, whether they are new or experienced, grapple with the challenges of motivating, leading, managing and developing their sales people. Leading and Coaching for Sales Excellence provides Sales Managers with a powerful set of skills and tools to optimise sales performance for their organisations

Program outcomes
Participants in the Leading and Coaching Sales Excellence workshop will learn and develop:

  • The coaching skills of the top coaches - how to generate responsibility and accountability

Workshop Design
This Workshop engages Sales Managers in learning experiences that cover Theory, Application, Skills Practice and Feedback. The third day - run 4-6 weeks later - is designed to address implementation issues and embed the required changes
