ColourSpectrums
  ColourSpectrums (TM) COURSE PROFILE

"The vast majority of people in leadership positions are unaware of the effect of their behaviour on others. When they become aware, they can improve their behaviour dramatically."

Australian Financial Review "Executives Test the Colour Success"

The ColourSpectrums model is presented in an interactive format that encourages communication. As you participate, you will readily identify your personal strengths and preferences. You will also understand the unique Colour Spectrums of other people and how they esteem themselves.

ColourSpectrums is a process of discovering everyone's identity and everyone's internal drive and desire for self-esteem. It will provide everyone with a new vocabulary, a common language for interpersonal communication. People at all levels of an organisation and from all walks of life can use this process to expand their understanding.

The journey with you over the next 5 years as we turn OSR into a mentoring culture will be an interesting and challenging one, but most worthwhile. The powerful message and learning achieved with the ColourSpectrums session will assist our people to develop those important mentoring relations and improve current relationships with their team members and others. We are all looking forward to the follow up sessions."
